Where will I meet the driver at the airport?

At most airports the driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall,holding a sign with your name on it. More details about the exact meeting point will be sent to you via email, a couple of days before your arrival.

What if I can’t find my driver?

If you can’t locate your driver, call the 24/7 contact number provided and you’ll be directed to the meeting point. The local manager 24/7 contact number is sent via email a couple of days before your arrival, along with the meeting point info.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. In the case that your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated to the actual arrival time of your flight. The service is asured for delays up to 3 hours, for delays more than 3 hours it is subject to availability.

Can I cancel or make changes to my reservation?

You can cancel or make changes to your booking up until 48 hours before your arrival date and time by sending us and email with your booking referance at info@transfers2airport.be For more details about our cancellation policy please see our T&C’s.

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs, immigration and baggage claim?

The waiting time included with every booking is 60 minutes after your flight has landed for airport pick up and 15 minutes for every other place. After this time and if there is no sign of the passenger the driver will have leave and continue the schedule assigned. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage please call the driver.

Do you provide child seats?

Child and baby seats are available at most destinations. Please specify age of children when requesting a child seat, so that the appropriate seat is provided.

Is the price per person, or per vehicle?

We currently provide private transfers only. The prices quoted are per vehicle, not per person.

Are there any extra charges?

The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras. Our fares are fixed, all inclusive and are not affected by traffic jams or diversions.

What is the difference between Shuttle and Private transfer?

Shuttle (shared) transfer is a service with two or more stops to your chosen destination point. The shuttle service is usually shared with other passengers, not of your party and the price is usually per passenger. Private Transfer service is for you (your party) only and prices for private transfers are per vehicle, not per passenger.

Do I have to tip the driver?

Tips are not compulsory, however if you are happy with the service and would like to tip the driver, the amount of the tip should be according to the level of service. Whether you decide to tip the driver or not is entirely up to you.

How can I make a reservation?

The easiest way to make a reservation is via the secure online booking form. We will need the following information:

  • Date of travel
  • Your pick-up and drop-off point (airport, hotel, office or private address)
  • Pick up time
  • Your flight details (for airport pick up)
  • Number of people traveling
  • Mobile phone number

Any specific requirements (e.g. child seat, assisted travel)
