All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. In the case that your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated to the actual arrival time of your flight. The service is asured for delays up to 3 hours, for delays more than 3 hours it is subject to availability.
You can cancel or make changes to your booking up until 24 hours before your arrival date and time by sending us and email with your booking reference at info@transfers2airport.be Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
