Where will I meet the driver at the airport?

At most airports the driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall,holding a sign with your name on it. More details about the exact meeting point will be sent to you via email, a couple of days before your arrival.

What if I can't find my driver?

If you can’t locate your driver, call the 24/7 contact number provided and you’ll be directed to the meeting point. The local manager 24/7 contact number is sent via email a couple of days before your arrival, along with the meeting point info.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. In the case that your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated to the actual arrival time of your flight. The service is asured for delays up to 3 hours, for delays more than 3 hours it is subject to availability.

Can I cancel or make changes to my reservation?

You can cancel or make changes to your booking up until 24 hours before your arrival date and time by sending us and email with your booking reference at info@transfers2airport.be Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer pick-up time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer are not eligible for a refund. For more details about our cancellation policy please see our T&C’s.
