Charleroi Airport (CRL) Meeting Point
At Charleroi Airport (CRL), your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point with a name sign for easy identification.
If you arrive at Terminal 1, please go to the right side of the arrivals hall, beneath the arrivals display screen.
If you arrive at Terminal 2, your driver will be waiting in front of the Hertz office, next to the lifts on Level 0.
After collecting your luggage and entering the arrivals area, simply proceed to the appropriate meeting point, where your driver will be ready to greet you.
Your driver monitors your flight status and will adjust for delays when necessary, ensuring a seamless pickup experience. Please keep your phone switched on after landing in case we need to contact you.

Brussels Airport (BRU) Meeting Point
At Brussels Airport (BRU), your driver will meet you on the left side of the arrivals hall, in front of the burger restaurant Quick. After collecting your luggage, proceed to this meeting point where your driver will be waiting holding a name sign with your name for quick and easy recognition.
